Dr. Gil Stieglitz is an author, speaker, catalyst, professor, pastor, and leadership consultant. He speaks to thousands of people every year about building healthy and successful relationships. Gil currently serves as Discipleship and Groups Pastor at Bayside Church, a dynamic multi-site church on the north side of Sacramento, CA. He served for five years as Executive Pastor of Adventure Christian Church in Roseville, CA.
Gil is also an adjunct professor at Western Seminary (Sacramento Campus), a church consultant for Thriving Churches International, and Founder and President of Principles to Live By, a non-profit organization that equips people, pastors, and church leaders with training, coaching, and discipleship resources. He has served on the board of a number of non-profit groups to help start churches, revitalize pastors, and rescue minors. He has been a denominational executive for thirteen years with the Evangelical Church of America and was the senior pastor at a mid-sized church in Southern California for seventeen years. Gil has a heart for helping people become all that God wants them to be. He believes that success in life is about great relationships.
